Our Conclusion:
We know a lot people buy because “cheap”. And alot of people made money flipping it. But reviewing the condo on its merits, with the location and the crowd, seriously I rather stay HDB.

The nearest MRT is a LRT, called Keat Hong LRT. The nearest street is Choa Chu Kang Grove.
Do we need to explain further?
If you don’t have a car, be prepared to crawl home everytime or cab. We came from Toa Payoh, a very central district, and it still took us 1hr 20 mins (ok maybe can save 10 mins from this).
Assuming you want to go CBD, you have to take bus/LRT —> Bukit Panjang DTL —> Bugis EWL —> Raffles Place. Have fun.
Inside Estate: 2/5 🟡🟡🌚🌚🌚
This is the biggest EC in Singapore with 1,347 units. Assuming you have 3 people per unit, that’s almost 4,000 people, which explains why there are 13 blocks here, and a lot of amenities.
2 carparks, 2 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools (!!), basketball court, back gate, front gate, all sort of gates. We heard that during COVID, when WFH was the norm, the swimming pool could become like songkran festival lol.
Tbh when we visited it was rather peaceful and chill, but we can definitely imagine what happens when the crowd comes back.
Outside Amenities: 3/5 🟡🟡🟡🌚🌚
This is surprisingly decent. Condos are renowned for being “ulu” and having minimal nearby amenities. But not for Sol Acres.
Directly beside you have Keat Hong Mirage, a small-ish “shopping mall”, where there’s Macs, supermarket, and coffeeshop—kinda what an everyday person needs?
Market: ❌
Coffeeshops: ✅
Supermarket: ✅
Shopping mall: ❌ - If we count Keat Hong Mirage, it’s like cheating no?
Macdonalds: ✅ - always rmb, no macdonalds, no buy house
Others: ❌ - Petrol kiosk is beside though
