You’re conveniently located between Woodleigh and Potong Pasir MRT stations—just an 8-minute walk from Woodleigh and a 5-minute walk from Potong Pasir.
But let’s be real, your lazy self will probably just hop on a bus for one stop from the MRT since there are so many bus options with barely any waiting time.
The only reason it’s not a perfect 5/5 for us is because we’re the type who prefers walking, and it’s on the purple Downtown Line (not our favourite).

This estate is perfect if you’re a hardcore nature lover—green is everywhere you look.
Grass? Green. Carpark? Green. Supermarket? Green. Even the slide is green, like, what?!
The only downside is it’s not very windy, and it’s next to a busy road, so it might get a bit noisy. If you’re lucky, your view will be of the landed property side; if not, you’ll just be facing your neighbour.
Oh, and there’s a random rooster around, plus a terrace garden.
It’s really an ideal spot for young families!
Outside Amenities: 4/5 🟡🟡🟡🟡🌚
The first time you come here, you might think the amenities are lacking, but they’re actually super underrated. Downstairs, there’s a coffeeshop, Prime Supermarket right there, and even some random fancy shops.
Cross the road, and you’ll find all the classic neighbourhood stores. It even passes the McDonald’s test (you know, having one nearby). Plus, there are two shopping malls just a stone’s throw away—Woodleigh Mall and Poiz Centre.
It’s the perfect mix of “new” and “old” amenities, honestly.
Investment: 4/5 🟡🟡🟡🟡🌚
Teh-o kosong bing gao for just $1.50?! Really a steal for us.
Everything seems so good so far, but honestly, we’re not sure about the investment potential. This area has a ton of new BTOs popping up so we don’t even know where Alkaff Vista is anymore.
But hey, at least you’re getting something new!
