For a 2-bedder priced around 1.6million, it’s relatively decent already.

But honestly, it’s the vibes, purely the vibes, that make us want to throw our non-existent money at it.

Located right beside the AYE and opposite the Grab building, you’ll probably need to drive here, or it’s a 5-minute bus ride from Kent Ridge MRT.

The transport options aren’t the best, but it’s definitely not the middle of nowhere.

This estate is really on another level we kid you not. It’s massive, like 61,000 square meters, which is roughly 8 football fields?!

You’ve got sea views, forest views, and we literally got lost walking around and had to pull out a map. But honestly, we didn’t even mind getting lost because it felt so peaceful.

We don’t think we’ve ever stepped into a condo that felt this serene and relaxing. If we have the money and a car, we’d definitely buy this in a heartbeat.

Sure, the amenities around here are a bit scattered and not the best, but honestly, who cares?

The real star of the show is the condo estate itself. It’s all about what’s insideβ€”the views, the vibe, the sheer size of it. That’s what you’re paying for, right? The rest is just background noise.
