Our Conclusion:
There are only two things that bum us out about this place:
No McDonald’s—We always say “no McDonald’s, no buy house,” but let’s be real, this place is so good that we can probably overlook this one flaw.
There’s another BTO project here set to TOP in 2028, so… your peaceful and quiet time here won’t be for long.
But apart from that, it’s almost perfect!

And let us tell you, the bus options here are legendary—getting to the Blue Line, Purple Line, or Yellow Line is all within 10 minutes. Super convenient!

The estate here is seriously impressive.
Just look at the river and greenery right beside it—it’s so peaceful. Plus, it’s nice and windy here.
And the views? Let us tell you, they’re something else. During sunset, the view from here just screams romantic really.
Outside Amenities: 4/5 🟡🟡🟡🟡🌚
The amenities here really nothing to complain about.
Downstairs, there’s a minimart, a kids’ centre, and even a senior centre, making it a super family-friendly neighbourhood.
Need a supermarket? Just cross the road for FairPrice. Don’t like FairPrice? Fine, cross the other road and you’ll find Sheng Siong.
For food options, you have a few coffeeshops to choose from, and if that’s not enough, Boon Keng Food Market is right there too. So you’re pretty much covered for everything.
