Our Conclusion:
This condo really shines inside its grounds, offering a self-contained lifestyle with plenty of recreational options. But if youβre someone who values convenience, accessibility, or a vibrant neighbourhood, this might not be the best fitβ¦

Itβs situated in Tampines, right at the end of an endless stretch of condos.
If you take a look at the map, youβll quickly realise that transportation here is pretty much the worst.
There are no buses or MRT stations nearby, so unless you have a car, living here is going to be a total nightmare.

Each block here has around 16 floors, and the views are pretty unblocked, which is a nice bonus.
The reason we say this condo is perfect for sporty people is because, besides the usual swimming pool and tennis court, thereβs also a futsal court, a basketball court, and fitness corners scattered everywhere.
Also, if you ever need to book a room for whatever reason, youβre covered; thereβs a reading room, a study room, and plenty of other multipurpose rooms available here.
Outside Amenities: 1/5 π‘ππππ
We really feel like the amenities inside the condo are there to make up for the lack of options outside.
If you take another look at the map (scroll up!), youβll notice that thereβs not much around the area. Apart from a small stretch of βamenitiesβ across the condo, one Sheng Siong, and a tiny coffeeshop, thereβs pretty much nothing else nearby.
So yeah, the condoβs facilities are definitely carrying the weight here.
