Our Conclusion:

If you value convenient transportation a lot and can tahan the cars ‘vroom-vroom’ noise all day long, go ahead!

The block is located right beside Macpherson MRT; meaning you come out from escalator exit C, just need to walk 2 minutes and you’ll reach home.

Not to mention, Macpherson MRT got the 2 best lines in Singapore; your circle and blue lines. So all it takes is 11 minutes for you to travel to Bishan or 22 minutes to travel to the CBD area (Telok Ayer).

Though it also offers many buses, but we all know it’s redundant since the MRT station is so close.

Inside Estate: 2/5 🟡🟡🌚🌚🌚

Though the estate is pretty quiet, there’s not much wind, and you have the PIE right beside your house, meaning everyday you’ll hear the ‘vroom-vroom-vroom’ without fail.

Furthermore, the blocks are also located pretty near to each other, so if your neighbours do the hanky-panky, just know that you can get a pretty clear view of it.

Outside Amenities: 2/5 🟡🟡🌚🌚🌚

Unfortunately, the amenities around this area is a little sad. All we can find around the area is:

• 1 Seven-eleven: ✅

• 1 Cafe: ✅

• NO Market: ❌

• NO Shopping mall: ❌

• NO Macdonalds: ❌
